3. Greeting expressing interest- try not to use a generic greeting such as “to whom it may concern.” Instead, use “Dear Hiring Manager.”
4. Background and qualifications- why are you the best fit?
5. Acknowledge the organization- which values align with yours?
6. Closing sentence- thank the hiring manager and invite them to contact you. Sign your name/credentials.
